DATOS DEL AUTOR: Nirva Morisseau-Leroy Nirva Morisseau-Leroy, MSCS, is an Oracle Database Administrator and Application Developer at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) University of Miami Cooperative Institute for Marine and Atmospheric Sciences, assigned to the Hurricane Research Division (HRD) of the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML).
